Soltesz attending Bulgaria celebrations of independence anniversary

Miklos Soltesz, state secretary at the Prime Minister's Office, is in Bulgaria to attend celebrations of the anniversary of Bulgaria's liberation from Turkish rule on March 3, 1878. Soltesz arrived in Bulgaria at the invitation of Valeri Simeonov, deputy speaker of the Bulgarian parliament, and Mariyana Nikolova, Bulgaria's deputy PM.
