Slovakia top court overturns exoneration of two Russians charged with bribery

A five-member senate of the Supreme Court on Monday ruled in favour of an extraordinary appeal lodged by Lucia Zitnanska, when she was still justice minister in 2017, against the exoneration of two Russians, Alexander and Sergey Salmans, who had been charged with bribery. The case will be dealt with by the Specialised Criminal Court's subsidiary in Banska Bystrica.
