Slovakia to give humanitarian aid to Lithuania

Slovakia is set to provide Lithuania with humanitarian aid to help the country cope with increasing illegal migration and the impacts of the pandemic, the foreign ministry told TASR on Thursday. The provided aid will include sleeping bags, roll mats, blankets, folding chairs and tables, electric and diesel heaters, lighting kits, tents, power generators and water tanks, with the total value of the items exceeding 80,000 euros, the ministry said, adding that the items will be dispatched as early as Friday.
