The prices of residential real estate in Slovakia increased by 4.2 percent quarter-on-quarter in the first quarter of this year, with growth recorded in all regions, and the most rapid in Trencin and Nitra, analysts from the currency, statistics and research department (UMS) of Slovakia's central bank (NBS) said on Tuesday. House prices went up more significantly. Conversely, the growth rate in apartment prices slowed down slightly.
