Both Slovakia's exports and imports in December rose most significantly on an annual basis for any month since January 2019, with foreign trade posting a surplus for the first time in December since 2015, the Statistics Office reported on Monday. Exports fell by only 6 percent for the whole of 2020, which contributed to a relatively higher surplus recorded for the year. Overall exports in December reached 6.5 billion, up by 12.5 percent year-on-year.
