Slovakia mourns bus crash victims

A day of national mourning will be held in Slovakia on Friday in response to the fatal bus crash near Nitra on Wednesday that claimed the lives of at least twelve people, including four minors, the government decided at an extraordinary session on Thursday. The accident happened when a lorry loaded with stones collided with a bus carrying young people home from schools in Nitra.
