Slovakia, Czechia, Poland bust gang making cigarettes illegally

An international gang illegally manufacturing and trading in cigarettes has been busted in one of the biggest joint raids of Slovakia, Czechia and Poland against this type of crime, the Slovak financial authority and its Czech and Polish counterparts told a press conference today. The raid code-named BOB occurred in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland in September. The police detained 19 persons, including the chief mastermind, in the crackdowns in the three countries.
