Slovakia construction down 12.4 pc in May

Construction output in Slovakia posted a significant fall in May 2020, going down by 12.4 percent year-on-year, the Statistics Office reported on Friday. The overall volume of production in the sector reached 422.5 million euros, a better figure than the one reported for the month before. After seasonal adjustments, construction output in May was 2 percent higher than in April.
