Supreme Court chair Daniela Svecova and Prosecutor-General Jaromir Ciznar signed a memorandum on mutual co-operation to boost information sharing regarding important court decision-making processes, TASR learnt from Zuzana Maslisova of the Supreme Court press department on Tuesday. The memorandum is meant to create a framework for exchanging information in the field of legal data retrieval and decision analysis. The Supreme Court has been dealing with this agenda since January 1, 2017, when it set up its department of documentation, analytics and comparative jurisprudence to provide Supreme Court judges with a professional service monitoring Slovak and foreign court practice.
