Slovak president to challenge extended moratorium on polls at court

President Zuzana Caputova will as soon as possible file a proposal with the Constitutional Court to examine whether the law extending the ban on publishing polls before elections from the current 14 days to 50 days is in line with the Constitution or not. At the same time, Caputova will ask for suspension of its effect, the president's spokesman Martin Strizinec told the media after the Parliament overrode the president's veto on Tuesday.
