Slovak president accepts environment minister's resignation

President Zuzana Caputova on Thursday said she would accept Environment Minister Laszlo Solymos's resignation, which he announced earlier in the day following his drunken behaviour at a Chinese restaurant in Bratislava the evening before. Caputova, who's currently in Israel, will announce next week who will be commissioned to head the ministry, said Caputova's spokesman Martin Strizinec.
