Slovak PM announces launch of health-care reform

Prime Minister Eduard Heger (OLaNO) at the Government Office on Monday announced an autumn of reform, including health-care reform, TASR learnt. Reforms in the health-care sector will begin with the optimisation of the hospital network. Heger said that the aim is to improve health care in Slovakia because "it's the highest value to have healthy citizens". He also pledged the construction of new hospitals and the reconstruction of older hospitals.
