Slovak parlt votes down resolution on energy charge hikes, proposed by Smer-SD

Parliament voted down the resolution on energy charge hikes, sponsored by opposition Smer-SD, as it garnered support only from 52 out of 135 present lawmakers on Wednesday. Smer-SD initiated an extraordinary session to discuss the energy charges hike and the risks stemming from the launch of Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
