Slovak ministry to support 242 summer schools

The education ministry will support 242 schools in the 2020 Summer School project, TASR learnt on Friday. The schools will have 8,499 pupils. For the first time, the ministry will support summer schools financially, distributing 372,600 euros among them. The highest demand to open summer schools was in Presov region where the ministry will support 43 schools with 1,484 children. The lowest demand was in Bratislava region with 445 pupils being educated at 12 schools.
