Slovak GDP growth seen at 4.8 pc in 2021

Slovakia's GDP growth is projected to reach a level of 4.8 percent this year and 5.2 percent in 2022, according to a spring economic prognosis released by the European Commission on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the forecasts indicated that the GDP of the 19-member Eurozone should see growth of 4.3 percent this year and 4.4 percent in 2022. The EU as a whole is expected to notch up 4.2-percent growth in both 2021 and 2022.
