Slovak GDP down 3.9 pc in Q1

Slovakia's economy fell in the first quarter of this year, with GDP in fixed prices going down by 3.9 percent in year-on-year terms, the Slovak Statistics Office reported on Friday. After seasonal adjustments, Q1 GDP posted a real drop of 4.1 percent y-o-y, while it decreased by 5.4 percent compared to the final quarter of last year.
