Slovakia's foreign trade balance in July posted a deficit of 110.6 million euros, the Statistics Office reported on Friday. Total exports dropped by 2.3 percent year-on-year to 5.860 billion euros in July, while total imports rose by 0.5 percent to 5.971 billion euros. In the January-July period, meanwhile, Slovakia reported a trade surplus of 1.225 billionn euros. Exports grew by 2.6 percent y-o-y to 46.603 billion euros, while imports rose by 4.3 percent y-o-y to 45.378 billion euros.
