Slovak economy minister: Russia important trading partner for Slovakia

Russia is an important trading partner for Slovakia, Economy Minister Richard Sulik (SaS) said after a session of the Russian-Slovak inter-governmental committee for the economic and science-technology cooperation on Friday. According to Sulik, the commission confirmed that Slovakia has good ties with the Russian Federation. "Russia is our important trade partner. We buy not only oil and gas from the Russian Federation, but also nuclear fuel in large quantities. Therefore, good ties with this country are of great importance to us," Sulik said.
