Slovak defence ministry cancels tactical vehicle tender

The Slovak Defence Ministry has scrapped a tender on multi-purpose 4x4 tactical vehicles, ministry spokesperson Martina Koval Kakascikova told TASR on Monday. The tender was launched in June 2019 under defence minister Peter Gajdos for 4x4 vehicles worth up to 321 million euros. The Public Procurement Office (UVO) suspended the commission in early July and ordered its cancellation in December, citing transparency issues.
