Slovak Constitutional Court to rule on PG, Smer submissions within 10 days

The Constitutional Court on Wednesday dealt with recent submissions by Prosecutor-General Maros Zilinka as well as representatives of the opposition Smer-SD party, who both asked the court to examine the legality of the recently prolonged state of emergency. The court, which decided to join the proceedings for both the requests, announced that a decision will be made within ten days.
