Six-day Cinematik Festival to feature almost 100 movies

The 16th annual International Film Festival Cinematik, which will start on September 14 in Piestany, will bring almost 100 movies, the festival's executive director Tomas Klenovsky announced at a news conference on Tuesday. The biggest film event to take place this year in Slovakia will be opened with a feature film debut by Slovak documentary filmmaker Petr Kerekes, Cenzorka (Censor). The festival will last until September 19 and its agenda includes traditional contests of European feature films, domestic documentaries, as well as several accompanying events and workshops.
