The Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) is closely monitoring the situation after the attacks in the Austrian capital on Monday evening. "We're monitoring the situation closely and we're in contact with our Austrian colleagues and the Interior Ministry," SIS posted on its Facebook page, expressing its sincere condolences to the bereaved. SIS said on its website as early as October 31 that it was closely monitoring the current security situation in Europe and the growing tensions that have erupted in connection with the violent incidents of Muslim radicals in the streets and churches in recent days in neighbouring Austria and in France.
