Silhavy to continue as Czech national football team coach

Jaroslav Silhavy will continue as the Czech national football team coach in the upcoming period of 2022 world championship qualification, the Czech Football Association has decided, renewing Silhavy's contract in reaction to the postponement of this year's European Championship. The UEFA postponed the tournament to June and July 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The qualification for the world championship was to start in Qatar next March.
