Several Constitutional Court judges test positive for COVID-19

Several Constitutional Court judges, including chair Ivan Fiacan, have had to go into isolation after testing positive for COVID-19, court spokeswoman Martina Ferencova reported on Monday. "We assume that next week the plenary of the Constitutional Court will be fully quorate," said the spokeswoman. The Constitutional Court has a total of 13 judges. The court is expected to issue rulings regarding several anti-coronavirus measures that have been challenged recently.
