Senate elections two-day final round begins in Czech Republic

The two-day second round of the Senate elections started in Czechia with the polling stations opening at 14:00 today, with 26 of the upper house's 81 seats being contested in the runoff vote. The voting is held today until 22:00 and continues from 08:00 till 14:00 on Saturday. The results could be released within three hours after the closure of polling stations. They will be discussed on Monday by the National Election Committee and become official on Tuesday after being added to the Law Digest.
