Selection procedure for new Police Corps president launched

The Interior Ministry has launched a selection procedure to find a new Police Corps president, giving candidates until November 30 to apply. The post has been vacant since previous police chief Peter Kovarik resigned after being charged with misusing his powers and obstructing justice. The police are currently headed by acting president Stefan Hamran.
