Sejm speaker: Poland, Hungary against rule of law clauses in EU budget

Poland and Hungary are against tying payments of European Union funding to conditions of the rule of law, Polish Sejm Speaker Elzbieta Witek said on Wednesday after meeting the her Hungarian counterpart, Laszlo Kover.
