Slovak junior coalition party SaS has decided to withdraw from the coalition agreement at an extraordinary meeting on Wednesday. They have called on Prime Minister Eduard Heger to draft a new agreement "reflecting the current political situation", and to oust Finance Minister Igor Matovic from government. Should Heger not comply by the end of August, all SaS-nominated ministers will tender their resignations, the party said.
