The opposition Freedom and Solidarity party (SaS) on Tuesday slammed the Slovak foreign ministry saying that it blocked information on voting from abroad in the February 29 general election. SaS leader Richard Sulik insisted that the ministry had instructed embassies to ignore a manual on voting from abroad that Sulik had had sent out. The ministry said in response that it released an election handbook on November 11.
