Samsung to expand production in Galanta, will manufacture micro LED panels

South-Korean producer Samsung Electronics Slovakia plans to expand its production in Galanta (Trnava region) to include new models of large-screen televisions and monitors with an investment amounting to 36 million and the creation of 140 jobs, according to a proposal for providing investment stimuli approved by the Government on Wednesday. The final products will be display units manufactured with new Micro LED technology.
