Russia is using its military forces to destablise Ukraine, but, today, it is less likely that they will be used to start a war, although this is still not out of the question, said the leader of Poland's ruling party. Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the leader of Poland's Law and Justice party, told Polish Radio One that the Russian-Ukraine situation seems to be better today than it was yesterday, or the day before yesterday.
