Ruling United Right camp maintains lead in voter support- poll

January 28th, 2021

Poland's governing United Right coalition would have won a narrow victory, if a general election had been held on Sunday, an opinion poll has revealed. The Social Changes poll put the United Right on 29 percent, 5 percent more than Polska 2050, an opposition party. Civic Coalition, the largest opposition grouping came in third with 21 percent. The Left would have got 9 percent while the far-right Confederation would have picked 8 percent. The Polish People's Party and Kukiz 15 would have fallen below the 5-percent threshold to enter parliament.
