Ruling party defends strong police presence at leader's house

Poland's governing party, Law and Justice, has defended the presence of dozens of police officers outside the house of Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the party's leader, saying they are needed because Kaczynski has received numerous death threats. After an undercover investigation lasting a month, the TVN24 television news channel reported that up to 40 police officers are present near Kaczynski's house in Warsaw every day in addition to a team from a private security firm.
