Austria isn't worse off in terms of employees affected by coronavirus restrictions, as claimed by Labour Minister Milan Krajniak, his predecessor Jan Richter said on Monday, pointing to the differing methodologies for calculating the unemployment rate used by the two countries. According to Richter, Krajniak put Slovakia's unemployment rate at 7.81 percent and Austria's at 11.40 percent, and so he concluded that Slovakia is more effective in helping employees.
