Regions to receive billion crowns for salaries in social services

The Czech government decided today that regional authorities will receive one billion crowns for salaries in social services, and the payment of the sum will be split evenly among the labour and finance ministries, Labour and Social Affairs Ministry spokeswoman Kristyna Krupkova has told CTK. The government thus confirmed an agreement between Labour and Social Affairs Minister Jana Malacova (Social Democrats, CSSD), Finance Minister Alena Schillerova (for ANO) and the head of the Association of Regions, Jana Mrackova Vildumetzova (ANO).
