Czech hospitals treated 1,916 COVID-19 patients in a serious condition on Wednesday, which was the highest number since the epidemic outbreak one year ago, the data that the Health Ministry released on its website today show. The total number of hospitalised coronavirus patients reached the record high of 9,000 on Monday and it slightly decreased on Tuesday and Wednesday when it was 8,734.
