Prosecutor proposes plea bargain deal with indicted ex-judge in Slovakia

A Special Prosecutor's Office prosecutor filed a proposal with the Specialised Criminal Court to enter a plea bargain agreement with former Zilina judge Pavol P. [name abbreviated due to legal reasons], who faces charges of accepting bribes and corruption, TASR learnt from Prosecutor-General's Office spokesperson Jana Tokolyova on Tuesday. "We won't release any details at this stage, as they will be subject of deliberation by the court," stated the spokesperson.
