Prosecutor-General Zilinka rejects threats to discredit him

Prosecutor-General Maros Zilinka rejects any threats to discredit him and won't be intimidated by anyone or anything, just as he wasn't intimidated when he was the target of a planned murder "and will always stand on the side of law and justice", the prosecutor-general's spokesperson Dalibor Skladan told TASR on Friday. The spokesperson added that Zilinka supports all honest prosecutors and police officers who honour the law. "He won't allow law-enforcement bodies to be dragged into political competition or other games," Skladan said.
