Progressive Slovakia protests against Zaborska's abortion ill

Non-parliamentary Progressive Slovakia launched a 72-hour protest and a petition against the bill in Parliament aimed at restricting abortions, Progressive Slovakia chair Irena Bihariova announced on Tuesday. Under the provisions of the bill, the deadline for changing the woman's mind on abortion was supposed to be lengthened from 48 to 96 hours, although Anna Zaborska, the bill's submitter, already signalled she will attempt to attach an amending proposal to reduce the deadline to 72 hours.
