Profits of Polish companies on the rise

The net profit of Polish companies went up by 2.9 percent year on year in the first three quarters of 2019, with an increasing contribution of exports in total revenues, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology has reported, quoting official stats data. Polish companies also increased their investment levels by 16 percent year on year between January and September 2019 to PLN 104.5 bln (EUR 24.24 bln), the ministry said quoting the Central Statistical Office's (GUS) data.
