Production of VW Grand California launched in western Poland

Serial production has started at the Volkswagen Poznań (VWP) factory in Września (western Poland) of the German car company's Grand California camper van. The Września plant is the only facility in the world producing the model. Created on the basis of the VW Crafter, the Grand California is a full-scale camper with multi-functional interior. The planned annual production volume is close to 3,500 vehicles. The main markets for the van's sales are Germany, Switzerland and France as well as Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Great Britain, Italy, Portugal and Sweden.
