Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini opens parliamentary session

The parliamentary session on Thursday was unusually opened by Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini. The premier spoke at another podium that had been brought to the assembly hall. He appealed to Independent MPs who are blocking the parliamentary proceedings to end their protest.
