President to inaugurate election campaign at Warsaw convention Saturday

Polish President Andrzej Duda, who is running for re-election in a ballot scheduled for May, will inaugurate his election campaign on Saturday during a convention at Warsaw's Expo Hall. In addition to Duda, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski are also scheduled to speak at the event. Before the convention, the PiS's Political Council will formally give its support to Duda's candidacy.
