President, prime minister lead confidence poll
October 23rd, 2019
President Andrzej Duda and PM Mateusz Morawiecki topped an October popularity survey run by the CBOS pollster, with respectively 65 and 57 percent declaring confidence in them. Distrust in Duda and Morawiecki was voiced by respectively 21 and 27 percent. The third most trusted politician, with 45 percent, was Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the leader of Poland's ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party. However, Kaczynski was distrusted by 40 percent of the respondents.
