October 1st, 2019

President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki lead in September's confidence poll with respectively 66 and 57 percent declaring trust in them, according to the latest survey by CBOS pollster. Distrust in Duda and Morawiecki was voiced by respectively 23 and 29 percent. The third most trusted politician, with 47 percent, was the ruling Law and Justice party leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski. Most distrusted were Janusz Korwin-Mikke, leader of the Confederation and leader of main opposition party Civic Platform Grzegorz Schetyna, respectively 57 and 47 percent. Despite the high trust ratings, Kaczynski came third in the distrust ranking, with a score of 39 percent.
