President Duda's rival congratulates him on election victory

Rafal Trzaskowski, the Civic Coalition (KO) candidate for president and current Warsaw mayor, on Twitter on Monday, congratulated President Andrzej Duda on his victory in the run-off round of the presidential election on Sunday.
