President: Incomprehensible why money for vax campaign not being released

The reasons why money for a vaccination campaign hasn't been released is incomprehensible, and ministers need to explain this to each other, said President Zuzana Caputova in response to the fact that Finance Minister Igor Matovic hasn't yet released funds for the campaign and has asked Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarsky for additional information.
