Prague zoo to send another three pelicans to London royal park

The Prague zoo will send three great white pelicans to London on Thursday to live in St James's royal park within the sight from the Buckingham Palace, zoo spokeswoman Lenka Pastorcakova told CTK today, adding that the zoo is giving pelicans to Queen Elizabeth II for the third time. Previously, four pelicans left Prague for London in 1995 and another three in 2013. The birds in question are Sun and Moon, both males, and Star, a female. They will leave Prague in a van provided by St James's Park and cross Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France before reaching Britain through the Eurotunnel.
