Prague Marriott hotel refused to host Uyghur conference

The Prague Marriott hotel refused to host last weekend's conference and a general assembly of the World Uyghur Congress, foreign media reported and the Congress programme manager Zumretay Arkin confirmed it to CTK. The conference and assembly were finally held in the Grandior hotel. Arkin said Marriott has apologised by phone to the Congress representative in Prague, but an official apology to the World Uyghur Congress is still being waited for.
