Prague district mayor wants EU to condemn Russian attacks

Prague 6 district mayor Ondrej Kolar (TOP 09) on Monday said in an open letter to the president of the European Commission that she should have the EU condemn Russian attacks on EU member countries. Russia is waging a hybrid war against the EU and Prague has just become its theatre, Kolar wrote.
